Our delivery charge depends on the location of the event and starts at $30. While most decor items includes a standard setup fee, a separate set fee may be charge depending on the complexity of the installation and where special rigging, framework or equipment is required. A disassembly charge is when we return and remove the decor (pop, pop, pop) and retrieve our equipment, this is not required for all decor items.
Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Consultant. Clients shall remain responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item per cost. All items provided for event must be returned in the same state in which they were placed, free of any imperfections, rips, tears, stains and serious defects. Any items damaged during the event either by the client of their guests is subject to fees not exceeding the retail value of said damaged item.
